Job Description
Assist in the production of QuickLoadz automated trailers using various hand and machine tools to build and attach various parts, materials and equipment to custom trailers.
Assemblers will:
- Use appropriate tools and fixtures to assist with the installation or complete the installation of parts, sub-assemblies, and modifications
- Read diagrams and document processes
- Build components to specifications
- Assemble machined parts and attach bolt-on metal assemblies
- Prep and install hydraulic components
- Fabricate and assemble various undercarriage components including, axles and brake systems
- Follow quality assurance and safety procedures
- Work under general supervision but is responsible for quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot assembly issues with supervisory support and work on a variety of tasks
- Work proficiently within a team environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by job
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
- Able to train and learn from co-workers in job skill transfer

The associate should be mechanically inclined and skilled in the use of hand, air/power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, impact wrenches, c-clamp and rivet guns) The associate will interact with and support other Shop Associates and Subcontractors in the performance of these duties. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and will perform any and all duties as requested. Tack welding and overhead crane knowledge a plus.

Facilities Manager
Summary

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing company grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure workspace is safe and functional. QuickLoadz is seeking an experienced maintenance professional capable of electrical and mechanical work. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to work independently and proactively.
Description
A Facilities Manager performs many maintenance, safety and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the building’s employees, including:
- Ability to maintain and repair industrial equipment
- Ability to maintain and repair electrical systems
- Willingness and ability to drive large pickup truck hauling a trailer as needed
- Ability to help with QuickLoadz trailer assembly as needed
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, factory floor, parking lot, and overall building maintenance
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors

Production Assembly Supervisor
Summary
Full time, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Starting wage is $16–20 per hour depending on skills and experience.
This position will lead daily production operations. Supervise a team of 7 to 12 assembly specialists, mechanics and hydraulics installers. They will be a hands-on leader who will work with production employees to run and improve the operation. Electrical Engineering Assistant
Summary
Working with engineers and technicians, this position will be responsible for wiring systems and maintaining all documents related to electrical system products and processes. They will also work closely with the quality and production departments to ensure quality and efficiency. The EE Assistant will be tasked with creation, revision, maintenance, and filing of component and assembly drawings; revision, maintenance, and filing of work instructions; working within and developing improvements to our engineering change order system; and creating, revising, and maintaining all raw material specification documents.
Job Description
- Work as part of a team of engineers, fabricators and assembly technicians
- Design, fabricate, and integrate electronic systems as part of an integrated technical team
- Create, edit and interpret electrical diagrams/schematics

Sales Associate
Summary
Full time, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Base salary is $12 per hour plus commission and bonuses. Relocation expenses are NOT allowed. The position is located in Athens, Ohio. Remote work considered once training and onboarding is concluded.
Under the direction of the CEO, CFO, and VP of Sales, the Sales Associate sells QuickLoadz automated heavy-duty trucks and trailers to various markets including small individually owned companies, U.S. Military, large multi-national corporations, international aid organizations, and city & state governments. Primary markets include mobile storage, construction, and freight, etc. QuickLoadz trailers make moving shipping containers, safer, faster, and easier. Our mission is to change the world of freight and logistics.
As the Sales Associate your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Responsible for increasing net sales and promoting QuickLoadz patented heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Manage and maintain relationships with potential and current customers
- Document productivity in Salesforce
- Make outgoing calls and emails to industry leaders and individuals with established accounts as well as establish new accounts
